Multiple Language Options
SMARTQUEUE® system can accommodate an unlimited number of languages
available for selection at the ticket dispenser kiosk. However, to
present a visually attractive kiosk screen, we recommend limiting
the maximum number of languages to eight (8).

Instructive User Interface
After selecting an option, the screen will advise the passenger to proceed to the next step.
In the case where a ticket is printed, the screen will prompt passengers to take their ticket.

This screen can also be configured to direct passengers to another part of the premises
if the requested service is located on another level/ area within the same location.

The below image provides an example of a screen to prompt passenger to take their ticket.

Informative Queue Ticket
Tickets are printed from the touch screen kiosk and it includes
the following information:

Passenger Information Status Display
The passenger information status display provides the list of ticket and status to
inform passengers of their position in the queue.

As an option, this status information calling display also capable of displaying


visual advertising when no call is in progress.

The information includes :


• List of ticket numbers
• List of passenger’s name
• Calling status of each ticket number
• Ticker / running text area
• Optional multimedia display of still image (BMP, JPG and PNG), MPEG4,
MP4, and PowerPoint Presentation

Ground Staff Monitoring System
The ground staff monitoring system or the virtual caller application facilitates a simple queue and passenger flow management accessible to the ground staff through their
mobile tablets. This application allows ground staff to assign car with passenger and clear queue respectively.

Carpool Dashboard
The carpool dashboard displays order list information status of how many and what kind of cars are needed to be sent to the pick-up point.
