Student’s Learning Experience Clinical Facilitator’s Remarks

Today I was making my evaluation and review my other finish formm if there’s
some errors. I felt relief on this day because im almost done with my work and able
to experience and to do community health nursing to help some families who has
problems with their health. I took some break about couple of minutes because my
eyes were tired, when I came back my laptop died because of out of battery and I
didn’t save my file yet I was so worried that I might start over again from the
beginning but when I charge it I was so happy that I don’t have to start over again
because it had auto recovery. what I should have done is that I need to be sure that
my laptop has enough battery so that I will know when to charge. when this will
happened again I will make sure to plug in my charge or check the battery before
taking a break
