Structure of project plan

Problem description:

 20 complaints a day are registered in relation to the logistics


performance of the company

 Their logistics provider also has the complaint registration


system but there is a difference in the data recorded.

Assignment description (company problems )

 Gain objective insight into the scale and the nature of


compliment
 Figure out the causes of compliment
 Suggest some possible solutions to the problem

Goal description:

Specific: make in-depth research into the complaints of the


customers, find out the cause at least 3.

Measurable: 3 solution that can come up with

Acceptable: customer, employees

Realiticable: the plan that I which I will work on, How many hours
will be spent to work on the problems

Time-related: when the work should be finished


The data gathering : researching for data must be related to the
problem not about the topic

Analysis phase: analysing the date to answer the questions , should


be done to solve the problem

Development phase :
Ideation, develop some solution, take a choice then elaboration or
detail phase

Implementation phase: the way that the company can implement


the solution ( check visibility ) , give them advise how the would
implement the solution.

Evaluation phase: to give a plan to the company, what should they


do ( survey, whom to do with)

While gathering the data we should write a context to describe


where did I bring the data from
