Present:

1. DSBMMC consultants in the District.


2. Zilla Swachh Bharat Prerak , Jayashankar Bhupalapally.
3. All Mandal MPDOs in the district.

The District Collector & chairman DSBMMC, has reviewed the progress of IHHLs in the
mandals and suggested following key issues to bring progress in IHHLs construction.

1. Target of IHHLs
 District Collector instructed all Mandal Sanitation Officers (MSOs) to identify
total target number of IHHLs to be constructed, based on door-to-door survey of
House Holds in all Gram Panchayats (GPs)
 District Collector instructed MSOs to take up sanctions based on targets in
saturation mode.
 Further, District Collector instructed MSOs to closely follow the progress in
uploading first photo and Fund Transfer Order (1st FTO) in the Transactions
Based Software (TCS)
2. Advance Amount for IHHLs
 District Collector instructed all MSOs to submit the details of Gram Panchayats
with less than 100 IHHLs to be constructed in order to declared those GPs as
ODF.
 Further, District Collector instructed to release the amount of Rs. 12,000/- to
each House Holds from the revolving fund, on reimbursement basis, towards
construction of IHHLs in small GPs.
 Further, District Collector also instructed MSOs to submit the details of House
Holds who have got 1st FTO amount from State Government, to release Rs.
6,000/- from Revolving Fund, on reimbursement basis towards finishing the
construction of IHHLs in saturation mode.
3. Fund for Mandal meetings and stationary
 District Collector instructed that Rs.10,000 to be released from IEC funds, to all
Mandals, except Mulugu and Regonda towards logistical arrangements for
Mandal Convergence Meetings.
 Further, Disctrict Collector has also instructed to release Rs.10,000/- to all
Mandals except Mulugu and Regonda for maintenance of records and purchase
of required Stationary.
 Further, District Collector directed MSOs of Mulugu and Regonda to utilize Rs.
20,000/- towards logistical arrangements for Convergence meeting and purchase
of Stationary from the interest amount accrued from existing SBM(G) funds.

4. Kalajatha activities in all Mandals


 District Collector instructed to MSOs to prepare habitations list for Kalajata
performances in all villages of all Mandals.
 Further, District Collector instructed MSOs to oversee implementation of
Kalajatha awareness programme.
 Further, District Collector instructed all MSOs to participate in Kalajata activities
inauguration event.
