SUBJECT : WATER FLOODING AT THE AL FRESCO DINING AREA

OF GREENWICH AND BURGER KING

This report pertains to the abovementioned event that happened at the al fresco dining
area at the back of Greenwich and Burger King located at the Lower Ground Level, Sunset
Terrace, Phase 2 Area.

Please be informed that at around 1500H of 22 May 2021, a heavy downpour of rain
occurred. The undersigned made a routine inspection to check the premises and discovered that
water level had risen that led to the flooding of the said area that eventually flowing inside the
stores.

They’ve later found out that the trench drainage holes are very small and/or are very few
to drain the water out causing flooding in the area. The undersigned, immediately called the
attention of SM Mall Plumber, Benedik Jacobe to address the situation. To resolve the problem
temporarily, the undersigned requested for sandbags to prevent water from flowing inside the
stores every time there’s a heavy downpour of rain from Dimensional Leadwoman-on-Duty, Ms.
Alvira Jugs.

This event was relayed to CRS Representative, Mr. Jero Mondero and advised the
undersigned to investigate the said incident and make an Information Report.
