1. Is there a need for separate court to hear drug related cases?


 Yes, because, it can integrate alcohol and other drug treatment services with justice
system case processing.
2. How important to you to understand the Human rights?
 Because from the day we born until death, human right inherent in all of us, it is
important for us to know because all our right as a human enclosed there and it serves
as our protection for those who abuse our rights.

1. What are human rights?


 Human rights allow a person to live with dignity, peace, fairness, equality and
independence, away from abuses that can be inflicted by abusive institutions or
individuals. It a norm that protect every people away from political, legal and social
abuses. It allows us to have freedom from the day we born until death.
2. Is there a law or legal document to ensure the human rights of every Filipino citizen? If
yes, what are those?
 Absolutely Yes, and it was found in Article III of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, known
as the Bill of Rights, it includes 22 sections which declare all Filipino citizen’s rights and
privileges that the Constitution has to protect, no matter what. This includes the
following:

Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and
Political Rights (ICCPR), and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural
Rights (ICESCR).

3. Are criminals or those who break the law still enjoy human rights? Why?
 Yes of course, they can still enjoy human rights because this was inherited in us and
cannot be taken by anyone, the only difference is that they are deprived of liberty
because they must pay what they were violated.

4. Enumerate the rights under the 1987 Philippine Constitution


 The 1987 Philippine constitution includes the following:
