Dear Mr. Cruz,

I’m writing to inform you that I was absent from work for two weeks due to illness.
I was unable to report to work that day because I had to go to the urgent care
clinic and confined and unfortunately I have no one by my side to assist me. And
even lost my cell phone while I were transported to the hospital. I was treated
and told to rest for the remainder of the day.

Please let me know if you need more information and thank you for
understanding.

Dear My friend. Allison,

Now I have been suffering in my prolonged illness, I almost absent for two weeks
without prior notice to my employer due to unforeseen circumstances, although I
still feel very sick and weak and were confined . It will take some time and days
more, to get me back to normal. I even lost my cell phone while I were
transported to the hospital. My parents don’t know my situation. I had to fight
back the illness as was said by my doctor. I have to get well fast so I could go
back to work

I have no one by my side to assist me here. I would really like to have your
company for a few days and if you can, please do plan to come over here.
Please pay a visit to me at the Molino Doctor’s Hospital. Waiting for your reply.
