Process:

 Get job description from the Accounts manager.


 Search for perfect profile-(Sources will be discussed below)
 Call candidate and explain job description
 If the candidate is interested forward profile to the accounts manager
 If accounts manager finds profile suitable- submit to client
 If candidate not available- send email and leave Voice mail
 Sourcing
 Screening
 Validation
 Submission
 Coordinating Interviews
 Selection
 On boarding

Sourcing: There are primarily 6 Sources

 Existing Database/Your own or Company’s


 Job boards- Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and CorptoCorp
 Social Networking – LinkedIn, Face book Blogs, twitter and Google groups
 Referrals/Networking – From potential, submitted or placed Candidates also from colleagues,
friends.
 Ads/Job postings- On Various Job boards, can be paid or unpaid
 Head hunting- Techniques to be covered later.

Headhunting is going after a specific candidate without having his contact info.
Screening – Practical Demo

Technical –Evaluate against mandatory skills

Non Technical- Salary, Location (funda about mile radius search and zip codes), Visa status, Present job
hunt status

Validation-Done by Team Lead

Submission to client- done by Team Lead

Co-coordinating interviews-

 Technical round-1 or 2, HR Round.


 Knowledge of Time Zones

Tip: Tight coordination with candidates via email and phone

Selection- Half the battle WON

On boarding-Effective screening and validation-higher chance of candidate joining
