Welcome to the Prima Coffee Affiliate Program

We are thrilled to partner with you to help people brew better
coffee. This guide is designed to help you get started on the
right foot in this program so that you can generate sales and
commissions right from the start.

Program Details:
Our affiliate program is run through the platform Affiliatly, this is how you
will create all of your unique tracking links as well as see the traffic you are
generating for the commission amount that you have earned. The Affiliatly
dashboard is updated in real-time, so you won’t have to wait to get updates
on your progress.

You will earn a 6% commission on all sales attributed to your unique tracking
links. It is important to remember that you only earn a commission on the
retail price of the product at the time of purchase. Sales tax and
shipping costs are not included in your commission percentage. If the
customer purchases the product with a coupon code, or at a discount,
your 6% commission will come from the discounted price of the item
at purchase.

On the first Monday of every month we process affiliate commissions.

Affiliates that have met the minimum payout requirement of $25 will be issued
a check by mail. If the check needs to be made out to a name different from
the one you indicated on your application, or mailed to an address other than
the one on your application, please email jordan.kavuma@primacoffee.com
immediately so that your payments aren’t delayed.

Media Use Policy:

We are more than happy to supply photos and graphics for you to use to
promote our products on your website or social media pages. When you
use our media files, we ask that they only be used to promote products on
our website and that we be the only company that you are linking to for the
specific product advertised in the picture. When using photos on social media
or in an email campaign, you must credit Prima Coffee for the image. On
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter we can be tagged as @primacoffee.

Unfortunately we aren’t able at this time to respond to requests

for specific images. We will be working hard to keep updated
images inside Affiliatly for you to access. You are also free to use
any images on our website.

If we find that you are using images supplied by Prima Coffee without linking
to our website or without proper attribution, we will first send you an email
asking for a correction. If no correction is made, or if there is an additional
instance, we will need to remove you from the Affiliate Program.

Terms of Use:
As an affiliate of Prima Coffee, you will receive information about
our upcoming sales and new products that we plan to carry. This
is not public information, and is not meant to be shared publicly
until after it is shared by Prima Coffee. You are only to use this
information to plan your content calendar for your audience.

If we find that you are misusing this information, we will send you an email
asking that you take it down, and if the request is ignored, or there are
additional instances, we will need to remove you from the affiliate program.

How to Navigate Affiliatly:

Once you are inside your Affiliatly dashboard, you will be able to
edit your account information, view your stats, see the orders that
have been placed that are attributed to your unique tracking link,
see the status of your payments, and generate your tracking links.

Under Your Stats, you can see which referring page is generating the most
traffic and which has the highest conversion rate. This will allow you to
continue to optimize your content based on what is working and what appeals
to your audience.

The Orders Tab allows you to see the referral page that the customer used
from your site that turned into a conversion. You can also see their order
total, how much you have earned from the purchase, as well as the tracking
method and the date the order was processed. At this time we are only using
a link tracking method. If a customer returns their purchase, you will see that
commission deducted from your total earnings. If your commission payment

was already issued before the return was processed, the amount will be
deducted from your earnings in the next month.

The Payments Tab gives you an overview of a history of your past payments,
and the info tab is where you can go to change any of your information if
needed. We are not currently using the Banners feature in Affiliatly because
it requires that we decrease the quality of our files, so you can reference the
Media Usage Policy for more information on accessing Prima Coffee media
files for your use.

The Link Generator is the easiest way for you to generate your tracking links
to the products that you are wanting to promote. It is very simple to use, all
you need to do is paste the URL from the page on prima-coffee.com that you
want to link to, click “Generate”, and the link given will be the one you will use
on your website or social media account. If you would like to simply link to the
Prima Coffee homepage, you are assigned a standard tracking link that can
be found under the Info Page tab. Regardless of the page or product that you
link to, you will earn commissions from any purchase the customer makes on
prima-coffee.com after using your link.

Ideas for Implementing the Affiliate Program:

1. Ecommerce
If you already have an ecommerce site selling coffee beans or
merch, you can add a section to your shop for Coffee Gear. In
this section you can either create a button that links directly to
our homepage using your tracking link, or you could select your
favorite products for brewing coffee that you think would appeal to your
customers and link to each of those individually. You are free to use the
product images on our site under the Media Use Policy, so that will make it
easy for you to include visuals for each product. When a customer clicks on
the product they will be taken to that product’s page on prima-coffee.com
and be able to make their purchase.

2. Blog
If you operate a blog where you talk about products that you recommend,
you can simply include your tracking links when you mention a product sold
on prima-coffee.com. You have access to the images on our website to use as
visuals if needed under our Media Use Policy.

3. Social Media
Your ability to use links on social media depends on the platform you are
using as well as the type of account that you have. For Facebook, Pinterest,
and Twitter, you can simply insert your tracking link into your post, tweet, or
pin to earn commissions on any purchases made after someone uses your link.
If you are on Instagram and have less than 10,000 followers, you can use the
link in your profile to link to our website. If you have over 10,000 followers, you
can use the “Swipe Up” feature in your stories to link to our site.

We are also open to assigning business partners on Instagram to promote

4. Youtube
To implement the affiliate program into your YouTube videos, you will need to
create your unique tracking links in the Link Generator in Affiliatly, and then
insert them into the description of your video.

5. Email Marketing
If you use email marketing to communicate with your audience, you
can also implement affiliate marketing in your campaigns. You can
either create buttons within your campaign to link to the page or
products on prima-coffee.com or you can use images from our site
under the Media Use Policy and embed the links into the image. And when
someone clicks on that link in your campaign and makes a purchase, you will
earn a commission on their purchase total.

Please remember that under FTC guidelines, you are required to disclose
that you earn a commission on any purchases made using the links that you
provide.
