Introduction
ELNet PPS is a Pre-paid service app which enables everyday users to securely and easily view the
recharges, meter balance, consumption, present loads for those meters which are connected to both Grid(EB)
and DG supply with their mobile devices. ELNet PPS App is an incredibly convenient and easy way to view the
recharges from the mobile phone. This user interface facilitates the interaction between humans and mobile.
Within this app user can view all Recharge history, Complaint, Consumption, Trend, Real time load, Device
status etc.
IP Settings:
To start the ELNet PPS mobile application

follow the steps given below:
1. Click on ELNet PPS App icon on mobile
screen.
2. On clicking the ELNet PPS App icon, the
application starts and IP settings page is
displayed on to the mobile screen.
3. The IP Settings page contains the

following options:
a. IP Address
b. Port Number
c. Save
4. After providing the valid IP and Port once

you click on the save button and it will take
you to the Login page.

Login:
To login with the ELNet PPS mobile

application, follow the steps given below:
1. Start the ELNet PPS application by clicking
on the icon.
2. Enter the valid IP with port and click on
the save button.
3. After saving the IP details, Login page will
be displayed.
4. Enter the valid Username and Password
and click on the Log In button link on the
Login Page and it will display the Home
page.
5. Once you click on the Ip Settings link, it
will go back to IP settings page.

Home page will be displayed with several

module. They are as follows:
1. Recharge history
2. Monthly Year Trend
3. Daily Monthly Trend
4. Monthly Cost
5. Profile
6. Customer Complaints
7. Power ON
8. Power OFF
9. Live Update

Recharge History:

This screen is displayed when the Recharge History option is selected from the main
home page.
Generate Recharge history for particular Period (Yearly) with amount and payment type.
User can view all the Previous/Present recharge details like Total No. of recharges, Date,
Amount, mode of payment (Cash/Cheque/Credit/Debit).
Click on the ‘Back’ button to close the Recharge History and it will go back to the main
home page.

Monthly Year Trend:
User can view monthly energy consumption

trend in graphical representation with data for
both Energy (Grid(EB) and DG) and Digital
Inputs (Water, Gas consumption etc.).
This screen is displayed when the Monthly

Year Trend option is selected from the main
home page.
This screen is used to generate month wise

trend graph for a particular year.
Select the required year from the drop

down then click on that and also select the
Energy/DI inputs to generate the Monthly Year
Trend.
Click on the ‘Back’ button to close the
Monthly Year Trend and it will go back to the
main home page.

Daily-Monthly Trend:
User can view daily energy consumption

trend in graphical representation with
data for both Energy (EB and DG) and
Digital Inputs (Water, Gas consumption
etc.).
This screen is displayed when the Daily

Monthly Trend option is selected from the
main home page.
This screen is used to generate month

wise trend graph for a particular year.
Select the required year from the

drop down then click on that and also
select the Energy/DI inputs to generate
the Daily month wise Trend.
Click on the ‘Back’ button to close
the Daily Monthly Year Trend and it will go
back to the main home page.

Monthly Cost:
This screen is displayed when the

Monthly Cost option is selected from the
main home page.
It will display the consumption cost of

Today, Yesterday, Last Week and This
Month.

Monthly Cost and it will go back to the
main home page.

Profile:
This screen is displayed when the Profile

option is selected from the main home
page.
It will help user to view their profile details.

User can add, edit or delete their profile
details. Here Name, Mobile No., and Email
fields are mandatory.
User can change the profile password by

clicking on the ‘Change Password’ button.
After entering all the details once user click

on the ‘Update’ button then all the details
will get saved.

Customer Complaints:
This screen is displayed when the

Customer Complaints option is selected
from the main home page.
Complaint module is used to raise a

complaint to the service provider.
Here in this module user can create new

complaint related to the recharges or any
electricity related problem.

Customer Complaints and it will go back to
the main home page.

Power ON:
With the help of this module user can manage the device status. User can switch off their House/Flat power
by clicking the OFF button in the app.
Power OFF:
With the help of this module user can manage the device status. User can switch on their House/Flat power by
clicking the ON button in the app.
Live Updates:
This screen is displayed when the Live

Update option is selected from the main
home page.
In this module user can view all the live data

for the specific device.
User can see the supply mode either EB or

DG, Present load (Watts), Meter balance, EB
reading, DG reading.
Click on the ‘Back’ button to close the Live

Updates and it will go back to the main home
page.
