2. Portal:
Login Procedures
2.1 Logging In
Open a web browser and enter the URL of the administration page.
User has to first enter to the login page, and it will be required to fill username and
password.
Click on the Login button. If the user name and password are correct, then you
will get directly access to the Administration pages main page. If not, a message will
appear indicating that the entered username and password are invalid.
This Startup Screen gives information about the Dashboard, Crop, House, Cattle,
Human Injury, and Human Death circle wise, division wise and range wise.
3. Applications:
1. Click on View Details, user can view the details filled-up data of victim.
2. Click on Edit Details, user can edit the filled-up data of victim.
3. Click on View Map, user can see survey data details on Map View.
4. Then first RO will approve or reject passbook on click of the button.
5. After Approval of passbook, RO can approve application and after approve by RO,
data precede for further process to DFO.
1. Click on generate sanction form DFO Can download PDF format of sanction form
and after signature by DFO it can uploaded on Sanction Order.
1. DFO Can fill up Approval status, Sanction order no, Sanction Date, Approved
Amount, Sanction Order (Upload PDF) and Remarks.
3. After Save, DFO can download Sanction order PDF by click or Generate Sanction
Order.
1. As shown in above image, by click on Check & Pay Option, the below screen will
appear.
1. Authorized person for payment can check or uncheck from list and can pay through
treasury portal.
2. Also option for search by circle, division and range wise.
1. After successful payment authorized officer can upload payment receipt and UTR
Number for further reference.
4. Masters:
In this section, users can choose Animal Masters, Cattle Master, and Area.
4.3. Area:
Click on Masters then click on AREA User can choose different options
state, circle, Division, Range, section, Beat, Forest Block, District, CD Block,
Tehsil, Gram Panchayat.
5. Support:
By clicking, user can choose Local Name, English Name, Latin Name, and Status:

By Clicking users can see user, role, user level, Menu, Role Menu, Reset Password
6.1 User:
Clicked by user can see the options, user level, user Role, User Name. Firstly user
should choose user level, then after click on dropdown there have 4 options, after
choosing the option user can go to the next dropdown options of user role, then user
name:
6.2 Role:
After select all fields users can view details
6.4 Menu:
After select all fields, user can view Menu Status, Active Status, Menu Name.
