"Anukampa" is a User-friendly software developed and launched by PCCF (Wildlife) &


Chief Wildlife Warden, Odisha, State Wildlife Organisation, Department of Forest &
Environment, Government of Odisha in association with Technical Partner, Odisha Space
Application Centre (ORSAC), Bhubaneswar.The portal is to be used for claiming
Compassionate Payment towards Human Kill, Human injury, Cattle Kills, Crop damage or
House damage by Wild Animals as per Chapter-VAA, Wildlife (Protection) (Orissa)
Rules,1974.

The objective of this initiative is to facilitate compassionate payment in a timebound and
hassle-free manner to citizenswho are victim of wildlife depredation. The victims can
apply online or through mobile app for sanction of compassionate payment. In case of any
difficulty, the applicant may contact "Mo Sarkar Cell" in the concerned Range Office for
necessary assistance.
The portal can be accessed by http://www.lanukampa.odisha.in. The Mobile App can be
downloaded from Google Play store & APP store.

Using the "Anukampa" Portal and Mobile App, Citizens/Applicant can fill-up application
form on both Android App and Web. Applicant can view application by "search" in Web
portal giving auto generated unique token id. After receiving such application,
department surveyor will verify the claimswithin their jurisdiction within stipulated
time.Message and mail as a token of acknowledgement will be automatically sent to
applicant at his registered mobile number / email.

1. Landing Page:

Public user can Apply for compensation and can view applied application Status.

1.1 Citizen's Application:

Citizen can visit the respective RO office to apply for compensation.


Click on Citizen's Application button, the screen below appeared and user can fill-up
data.

1.2 Application Status:

1. Click on Application Status button and search by token id.

2. User can edit and download PDF format of application form.

2. Portal:

Login Procedures
2.1 Logging In

Open a web browser and enter the URL of the administration page.

User has to first enter to the login page, and it will be required to fill username and
password.

Click on the Login button. If the user name and password are correct, then you
will get directly access to the Administration pages main page. If not, a message will
appear indicating that the entered username and password are invalid.

2.2 Login Dashboard

This Startup Screen gives information about the Dashboard, Crop, House, Cattle,
Human Injury, and Human Death circle wise, division wise and range wise.

3. Applications:

In this section, users can select different option like


circle, Division, Range, and also upload from date upload to date. In the below
each section have the dropdown option you can choose those dropdown options.

3.1 RO Beneficiary Account Validation

1. Click on View Details, user can view the details filled-up data of victim.

2. Click on Edit Details, user can edit the filled-up data of victim.

3. Click on View Map, user can see survey data details on Map View.
4. Then first RO will approve or reject passbook on click of the button.

5. After Approval of passbook, RO can approve application and after approve by RO,
data precede for further process to DFO.

3.2 Generate Sanction Form

1. Click on generate sanction form DFO Can download PDF format of sanction form
and after signature by DFO it can uploaded on Sanction Order.

3.3 DFO Sanction

1. DFO Can fill up Approval status, Sanction order no, Sanction Date, Approved
Amount, Sanction Order (Upload PDF) and Remarks.

2. After fill up above details needs to click on Save Button.

3. After Save, DFO can download Sanction order PDF by click or Generate Sanction
Order.

3.4 Payment Procedure

1. As shown in above image, by click on Check & Pay Option, the below screen will
appear.

1. Authorized person for payment can check or uncheck from list and can pay through
treasury portal.
2. Also option for search by circle, division and range wise.

3.5 Update Payment Details

1. After successful payment authorized officer can upload payment receipt and UTR
Number for further reference.

4. Masters:
In this section, users can choose Animal Masters, Cattle Master, and Area.

4.1 Wild Animal Master:


In this section, users can see the Entries. Ex- Local Name, English Name, Latin
Name, Status.

4.2 Domestic Animal Master:

By clicking on, user can choose


Local Name, English Name, Latin Name, and Status

4.3. Area:

Click on Masters then click on AREA User can choose different options

state, circle, Division, Range, section, Beat, Forest Block, District, CD Block,
Tehsil, Gram Panchayat.

5. Support:
By clicking, user can choose Local Name, English Name, Latin Name, and Status:
5.1 Surveyor:

By clicking on entries, user can show their information like


Name, Mobile, Email, Address, and IMEI no:

6. User Management:
By Clicking users can see user, role, user level, Menu, Role Menu, Reset Password
6.1 User:
Clicked by user can see the options, user level, user Role, User Name. Firstly user
should choose user level, then after click on dropdown there have 4 options, after
choosing the option user can go to the next dropdown options of user role, then user
name:

After select all fields users can view details

After select all fields, user can view Menu Status, Active Status, Menu Name.

6.5. Role Menu:


After select Role Menu, Home, Damage Registration ,Report and Masters,Support an
