Happiness is something that every person being seeks, and there
are several ways to achieve it. Some important points to maintain a happy life would be to keep peace with our past, many times we make mistakes that can affect our lives at the moment, however, the mistakes of the past will never define our future and we should not let them affect us negatively, we must learn about them. Another point to consider is not allowing the thoughts of others about us to affect us. Negative comments without any foundation often only seek to harm.
