i) According to Tender Package Description, the length of P.C Girder Bridge is 25.

74m; But, in the

DPP Procurement Plan, the length is shown as 18m.

ii) In the Tender Package Description, the no and length of Culvert are 34 and 164 m respectively; But
in the DPP Procurement Plan, the no and length of Culvert are shown 35 and 170m respectively.

Please explain the above stated differences between Tender Package Description and DPP
Procurement Plan.

In this regard, A query has been sought to the concerned zone office mentioning the aforementioned
discrepancy. In reply, ACE, Mymensingh Zone mentioned that, Bridge Design unit, RHD Provided the
design for a length of 25.74m P.C girder Bridge inspite of 18m to avoid the possible conflict between
existing Bridge and proposed Bridge. Since, Existing bridge foundation is well type. Besides, Among 3
culverts of Gaibandha Road Division, one culvert that is (6m long) is not possible to contract because
of having existing sluice gate on that location. Thus, the no and length of proposed culvert is 34 and
164 m inspite of 35 and 170m respect.
