Reflection
The session was successfully delivered by our mentor ma’am
Virginia M. Tamparong. I am really refreshed as of the
memorandum of the Alternative Guidelines of Work Arrangements.
Also with the rubrics level summary for our performance as
Proficient teachers. The gained information will really help me to
grow more professionally especially classroom observation is fast
approaching I need to plan for my upcoming Classroom observation.

Indeed, the session was very informative. Different strategies

were mentioned which really helps me gain more knowledge in the
preparation for the upcoming classroom observation.
