    Select draft orders in order overview
    1. Go to: Overview of draft orders.

    Create SPAR
    1. Select the draft orders for your SPAR request.
    2. Click the “Create SPAR” button (right top corner).

    1. Click on “edit” to modify the SPAR details.
    2. Click on “update” to save the information (second image).
    3. Select “yes” or “no” to verify the type of account (national or international) (third image)
    a. If “yes” please select the end customer and press “save”
    b. If “no” press “save”

    NB: A complete SPAR request can be removed by clicking the trash bin icon. A single line can be removed by
    clicking “Remove” behind the line. These “removed” items will return to draft orders.

    1. The SPAR code is automatically filled by the system.
    2. Complete the order details and submit the order.
