PRIVACY NOTICE

(for Clients / Customers / End Users)

This Privacy Notice shall apply only to our clients who are individuals or to individuals who represent or
act for our clients. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information provided by our clients who are corporations
or legal entities to the extent that such information does not relate to any individual.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We, TÜV RHEINLAND PHILIPPINES, INC. ("the Company", "we", "our" or "us"), as a personal
information controller (as such term is defined in the Data Privacy Act of 2012), have or will collect, record, hold,
store, use, disclose and/or process (collectively referred to as "Process") personal information about you in
connection with your business and other transactions with us. In particular, we will Process your basic contact
information, including your full name, email address, passwords, and contact numbers, together with the products
that you would like to purchase or the service that you would like to avail of (collectively, "Personal Data").

To the extent that you disclose to us any personal information (whether or not coming within the
definition of Personal Data above) of another individual, such as your spouse, children or other relatives or family
members, we shall assume, without independent verification, that you have obtained such individual's consent for
the disclosure of such information as well as the Processing of the same in accordance with the terms of this
Privacy Notice.

2. Sources of Information

Your Personal Data will be obtained from the following sources, where applicable, or such other sources which
we may see fit from time to time:

(a) information provided or submitted by you in your purchase order;

(b) radiation monitoring hardware;

(c) OSL Dosimetry (OSLD) badges;

(d) publicly available or publicly accessible information; and

(e) such other written or verbal communications or documents delivered to us prior to and during the course
of our contractual or pre-contractual dealings with you.

By giving your consent and agreeing to this Privacy Notice, you authorize us and such third parties as
we may engage to collect and obtain Personal Data pertaining to you from the sources mentioned above.

As the accuracy of your Personal Data depends largely on the information you provide to us, kindly
inform us as soon as practicable if there are any errors in your Personal Data or if there have been changes to
your Personal Data.

3. Processing

We will Process the Personal Data that you have provided to us for documentation purposes, for
warranty tracking vis-à-vis purchased items, and for the inventory of products.

4. Storage and Security

We store your Personal Data in hard and/or soft copy. Soft copy data is stored on, amongst others, the
file servers, e-mail servers, personal computers, notebooks, tapes and compact discs.

There are security policies and procedures in place which restrict access to your Personal Data to
authorized personnel only which include, amongst others, personnel from the information technology, human

resource, administration, finance, sales and/or customer service departments, management and/or other
employees of the Company. In any case, only personnel who have the “need to know” are permitted access.

We may keep the Personal Data and that of other individuals that you provide to us for a reasonable
period in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Disclosure and Processing

In general, we will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party unless you have notified us in writing that
you consent to such disclosure.

Please note that it may be necessary for us to disclose or share your Personal Data:

(a) where required by or necessary in connection with any application with any regulatory authority of
competent jurisdiction;

(b) to discharge any legal obligation imposed on us by law;

(c) pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;

(d) to our partners and service providers, such as third party processors, to enable them to perform their
services that we engaged;

(e) to our parent company and affiliates for purposes similar to those indicated in Clause 3; and/or

(f) if we deem that such disclosure is necessary to prevent or mitigate a serious and imminent threat to
your life or health or the life or health of another person.

Rest assured that we will only disclose the minimum amount of information which we deem necessary and will
take all reasonable steps to ensure that such information is kept confidential. We will not sell, rent or trade your
Personal Data.

6. Providing Personal Data

It is obligatory for you to provide all of the categories of Personal Data which we request from you.

In the event that you elect not to provide categories of Personal Data as listed in Clause 1 above, this
may adversely affect our ability to fulfill our obligations under our contract with you.

7. Access to Personal Data and Limiting Processing

As a client/customer whose Personal Data is processed by us, you have rights to request access and/or
to correct your Personal Data and/or to lodge complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission and/or
limit the processing thereof at any time hereafter in line with applicable law. We must point out that, in limiting the
Processing as requested, the same consequences described in Clause 6 above could apply. If this is the case,
we will inform you of the consequences in further detail depending on the specific Personal Data. You are also
requested to correct and/or amend your Personal Data to the extent you realize it is incorrect. Please address all
requests and / or questions or concerns which you may have regarding the subject matter and contents of this

Kindly indicate your understanding and agreement to the foregoing by signing at the space provided below and
returning a signed copy of this Privacy Notice to us.
