The characteristics I ha possess that can influence me as a priest someday is that I am a

loving and caring person, I also promote fraternal corrections and equality for everyone and open
to new ideas. By being loving and caring person, the assembly would feel that they belong and
given importance in the church. Also, as an alter Christus someday they will feel the love and
care of God through me. And by promoting fraternal corrections, equality, and being open to
new ideas, I would create a better community to avoid mistakes, wrong doings, and practices in
the parish.

It all started way back in 2016 when I entered the ministry of altar servers. I was inspired
by the priests assigned in the parish that year. Through them, I wanted to become part of the
clergy and to dedicate my self to the church and to God. They are Rev. Fr. Melvyn N. Bufete,
Rev. Fr. Jufer T. Lopez, and Rev. Fr. Angelo B. Lopez. I was inspired by Fr. Melvyn’s intellect,
by Fr. Jufer and Fr. Angelo’s Generosity and closeness to the young people. With these people, I
experienced home, friendship, and love. They are releasing an aura that is very calming for me,
that is why I also want to be like them. To make other people feel friendship, love, and home
through me.

I will show the seminary community the act of fraternal correction and become the link
that will connect us as one community. A community that is unified in Christ, in love and in
family. I will care for the community just like how Jesus’ care for his people.
