JOB PURPOSE
Enhancing Metropol brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving
website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

REPORTING TO
Group Chief Executive Officer

Duties and Responsibilities;

 To grow Marketing Exchanges in the digital space.

 To regularly conduct research that Provide insights and analytics on trends


and customer behavior in the digital space
 To apply STP principles in the digital space( identify market segments, target
them and position the Metropol brand and value propositions)

 To develop suitable market offering to the different segments identified

 Improve brand awareness in the digital space that lead to brand recognition

 To develop product warranties, pricing and terms of trade

 Design and implement effective marketing communications mix that


includes promotions, advertisement, personal selling, direct marketing and
sales promotions that increases return on investments

 Identify suitable digital channels values and strategically pick appropriate


digital channel to drive specific business objectives

 Work with MTV production team in coming up with creative briefs for content
production and adverts for Metropol Corp business units

 Responsible for push notifications campaign and website updates

 Responsible for community management to enhance digital customer


experience
