to practice law in the UK and revalidated it in Peru. I have been working in the past 7
years, in a law firm and in-house legal departments of different companies.
c. What job , projects have you done
- I have focused my carreer in Corporate Law, advising companies in the everyday
running of business, such as the management of a contract, corporate governance
(drafting articles of incorporation, creating bylaws, advising corporate directors and
officers on their rights and responsibilities).
- Currently i am working as a lawyer in inhouse legal department at the AUNA GROUP,
the owner of Private Clinics in Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
- A big recent accomplishment in my career is that I am part of the team that lead the
Listing Process at the NewYork Stock Exchange. This is one of the six peruvian
company to listing at the NYSE. It is certainly a great experience to work with
American Law Firms as well as the financial and other departments of the company to
secure the IPO.

course specialised in International Relations at the Diplomatic Accademy of Peru.
d. Future: Segue into what you’re looking to do next:
- I always set up new challenges in my life. Since I was 17 I travelled to the UK, and I
succeed in a different country and culture. Now, as I enjoy a great deal of international
experience, in europe and latinamerica, I believe I am ready to take a next step for a
new challenge. This time in germany, where I was few years ago, and I consider it
offers a great deal of opportunities to young professionals like me.

*Listing Process at the NewYork Stock Exchange: Coordinate with the American Law firms, all
documents, drafting of the shareholder agreements (lock-up letters, consents, modifications of the
bylaws, drafting shareholders/directors meetings, issue/revoke proxies to corporate representatives,
increase/reduction of capital at Company Registry), negotiating contracts needed for the process.

- This has shown me that I could work under pressure, to meet the deadlines. To have an eye for
detail and to be a quick learner of other areas of international law that I had to face.

- As a corporate lawyer, my team and I implemented a system to better control the

- This classification of risks actually recorded an average savings of USD 1MM.
b. Example of solving a problem at work, how you solved it
- Yearly my company receives feedback of all areas, in the previous years, my
department had had a great performance, however, it didn’t get a high score from
the Treasury Department; mostly because its Leading Manager had some concerns
with some people of the legal area.
- I started to work in 2020 and I was given the task to be link between the Treasury and Legal
