By default, all CDIS Services for all your aircraft are authorized for any users of your

If you want to restrict the access to some of them, you must create a specific profile for
these users. This profile may be based on a subset of allowed services and aircraft.
Step 1:
Select Profile Rights” and “Create New” to create a new profile.
Step 2:
Set a profile name and a description. Click on “Next” button

Step 3:
Select “None” for each
service to be restricted or
“write” (when applicable
e.g. QLB) to grant write
access.
Uncheck aircraft to be

Step 5:
Click on “Validate” button to
save the profile.

Select the profile to be updated.

Click on “Update”.
Step 4:
Select or unselect A/C
and modify service access
type to update the profile.

To confirm the profile,
Click on "Validate"
Step 2:
Manage user’s profile page allows to make a search on one or several
users and for one or all profiles.
Search can be made on first name, last name, email and profile.

Automatic delegation rules (1/2)
Delegation by default
At time of delivery:
– Access to the aircraft is given to the owner and operator
• Access is granted to all CDIS services.
– Each aircraft is delegated to its airworthiness authority
• This delegation is done only for the AIR and Conformity Documentation
services
Delegation by default
After delivery:
– Each aircraft is automatically delegated to its new owner or new
operator when property title change is known by AIRBUS
• This delegation is done for all CDIS services
