PRIMARY LYMPHOMA OF BONE

IN A 9 YEARS OLD GIRL

BACKGROUND
• Primary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of bone, often more simply referred to
as primary lymphoma of bone (PLB), is a rare presentation of non-
Hodgkin’s lymphoma in children.
• There is misdiagnosis of primary bone lymphoma in children because an
atypical main complaint.
• Most reports with complaints not being able to walk and come to
orthopedic division

OBJECTIVES
The aim of this case report is to report a case of primary lymphoma of bone
in 9 years old girl.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

pathological fractures in the proximal tibia and fibula.
multiple fractures distal to the femur with lytic lesions in the os
femoral.
3. Extensive lytic lesions along osteo tibia.
multiple proximal fractures of the tibia, fibula and condylus 3
femur.
CONCLUSION
Patients with primary lymphoma of bone often misdiagnosis because clinical
symptoms are not typical.
