With my 20 years of IT, Operations management, service management and customer service
experience, I have the depth of experience it takes to make positive contributions. Of key importance
has been my ability to handle day-to-day issues while planning and implementing future programs and

1. Operations Management:
• Managing employees, building teams and recruitment.
• Supervising and assessing team leaders to improve work performance and efficiency.
• Analyzing the competitor's activities and adjusting the operation strategies based on the market
dynamics.
• Making decisions on important issues and operation activities. And Supervising setup and
operation of business as well as overall management.

2. Network and System Administration:
• Microsoft Systems: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory AD/DNS/DHCP, Group
Policy, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL server, MS Office 365 Exchange Online.
• Cisco: Routers/Switches/PIX/ASA.
• IBM System x Servers, VMware, Hyper-V, Email Security Solutions, Endpoint Security Solutions
(Bitdefender GravityZone, Symantec & Trend Micro)
3. Procurement experience: Strong experience in purchase of IT equipment (Software & Hardware),
office equipment spare parts, Elevators spare parts and supplies (Elevators). Review costs and
negotiate with suppliers to get best deals, place and track orders with suppliers and develop
relationships with them. Long experience in inventory management of spare parts and maintaining
safe level of supplies.
4. Technical Service, Maintenance and Customer Support: Experienced in customer support, managing
service and warranty process with Medmark as Lexmark's middle east service provider. Strong
service and maintenance management experience with solid technical knowledge of IT & Network
infrastructure, office equipment devices "Canon, Lexmark", high speed document scanners, large
format printers, RIP software and servers.
5. ERP Systems: Assist business clients with implementation, upgrade, administration and consultation
of ERP systems. With strong knowledge in multiple systems including Sage Line 500, Sage x3,
ERPNext and other local made ERP systems and solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL
query language, Crystal Reports, accounting and business analysis.
6. Print & Document Management: Full knowledge of print and document management solutions like
Doxense Whatchdoc, Canon SecurePrint and Canon UniFLOW, ADOS, CanoFile for Windows and
CanoBureau Workgroup. Study customers environment and understand needs including security to
prepare proposals, pre-sales sessions and implementation.
