Marketing mix (7 Ps)

Set of actions or tactics that a company uses to promote its product

- Product, this is what the consumer wants or needs.


- Place, a location where your product can be purchased.
- Price, it tells how valuable your product is.
- Promotion, the ways you tell and encourage your customers to buy your product.
- People, those responsible for every element of your sales or activities in business.
- Packaging, the outside appearance of your product.
- Positioning, refers to the way you will place your product to the mind of customers.

4 Ms of Operation

- Methods, A particular form of procedure for accomplishing or approaching business


operations.
- Machine, responsible for maximizing the efficiency and productivity of your business
operations.
- Materials, refers to the raw ingredients used to make product or services, proper utilization
of these will result to lesser wastes.
- Manpower, one will works on methods, machines and materials.

Products and services available in the market

- Convenience products, readily available products because consumer need it every day.
- Shopping products, refers to the products usually buy in malls like bags and shoes.
- Specialty products, those very expensive product because you’re not only buying the
product itself but also the name of manufacturer.
- Unsought products, those product that we are aware that are existing but we only buy it
on the time we need it.
