What action would you take when you learn the presence of this blog?

I would choose to sew and remind them that there was an office can be approach for their complaints and

there was a handbook of school for both students and faculty members, they can complain anytime as long

as it is accordance to the handbook misdoing, and lastly warn them if they will not stop those things it will

ends up by punishments from the handbook .

Would you take action to stop this blogger? How?

I will warn them and please them to stop their unnecessary actions of complaints, because it will ruin the

reputation of the school and ruining their alma mater. Specially in social media the news spread quickly

and the viewers judge directly without knowing the truth.

To be honest I will not do anything to know their identity, because it is their problem and I have nothing to

do with it. It is their problem if the school will sew, suspend or kick them out of school, they have to be

responsible for their actions besides I am not going to tolerate their actions.
Would you post on this blog? If so, under what name, and what comments would you

If given a chance I will rebuke their vlog because it is un ethical to criticize the school on social media, be a

professional, all things will be solved on good conversation specially in the name of school reputation, I am

sure that the school are willing to listen to the student in case of the problems.

How would you handle a situation like this now and in the future? Cite concrete

I will handle my temper and think a lot of times for not to avoid problems and unnecessary actions that can

ruin my reputation as a student of the school, much better if I will complain directly to the right office to be

able to reach out my complains against the school policies.

1. What is attitude, and how does it impact the work environment?

Attitude in work environment which can lead to increased productivity. Workers with a positive attitude

toward their job and the company are more likely to make helpful suggestions or ideas that help the business

grow, if you ever walked into a store and got hit in the face by the high level of negativity, You approach the

customer service representatives, and it is clear they hate their jobs and serving you is a chore.
2. In your experience being an employee or ask an individual who has, what are the
major reasons for job satisfaction? What are the primary consequences of dissatisfaction?
Explain.
job dissatisfaction decreases work performance and morale, it can also negatively impact
your bottom line. When employees are not engaged in their work, they are less likely to have
the motivation to be productive and carry out quality services.

1.What is the difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment? Which do
you think would be more strongly related to performance?
Organizational commitment to the employees can enhance job satisfaction. The organization
can demonstrate its commitment by providing the latest up to date training and safety
equipment for its employees. I think job satisfaction is more strongly related to performance.

2. In your opinion, what are the three most important factors that make people dissatisfied
with their job? What are the three most important factors relating to organizational
commitment?

Poor management, work and life balance and underpaid. Affective commitment, Continuance.
commitment and Normative commitment

3. Do you think younger and older people are similar in what makes them happier at work
and committed to their companies? Explain your answers.
NO, because younger people are in the stage of exploring the outside world, and older people
fucoses to their long term goal for the success, while younger people work and resign.
