Can we live happily without using communication technology all the time?

Today is more difficult to believe that we can live happily without using communication technology
all the time as you see a lot of young people that are always with their mobile phones.

We are always connected to our mobile phones, to a tablet, a computer or other devices like them
and we think we can’t live without them. Now it is all done using our phones or computers and that
makes us a little lazy at the time of doing certain things.

I think that while we are in a social situation we should put aside our electronic devices and more
attentive to what is happening around us. For exemple if you are in the high school you could be
concentrated in the class, so in that way you won’t be lost when you study for the next exam.

I think that’s it’s important too to have time in family and with our friends because is a way of
distracting your mind and spend a good time, and to do that your mobile phone isn’t a necessary
thing. In a family meal, you can put your phone aside and spend time with your family and have a
good time without using your mobile for it.

In conclusion, I think that pf course we can live happily without using communication technology
all the time, because as I have explained before you can have a good time without using your
mobile phone or computer.
