Teenagers should be able to make their own choices. Do you agree?

People in the past used to make decisions for their childs even
when they were old enough to make many of the decisions as a
teenagers.

First, I think that in what means to clothes and appearence

teenagers can make their own decisions to wear the clothes that
they feel comfortable with or even the clothes they like as long
as the clothes they wear are the suitable ones.

Secondly, about free time I think that teenagers are old enough to
choose what to do in their free time, but I also think that if
they are going to hang out late with friends they should tell
their parents where are they going to stay and inform them if they
are okay hourly so in that way their parents can be calm.

And last but not least, studies, I think each teenager should
decide what they want to study and I think parents have no right
to decide in this case because the decision of studying should
come from the teenager. So they will study something with what
they feel comfortable.

In conclusion, I think there are many choices that should be made

by teenagers and not by their parents, like the examples I have
given above.
