QUEZON’S MOST OUTSTANDING SK PROJECT 2019


GUIDELINES
OVERVIEW

1. Search for Quezon’s Most Outstanding SK Project aims to highlight


various youth-led programs of Sangguniang Kabataan in Quezon
Province; encouraging unity among youth leaders through synergistic
showcasing of unique programs present in their community.
2. It is a seal of excellence for SK leaders who have shown impactful
outcomes and continue committing themselves in building a better world
through their innovative projects focusing on the following areas: Health,
Education, Environment, Economic Empowerment, Social Inclusion and
Equity, Peace-building and Security, Global Mobility, Governance and
Active Citizenship.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Application is open to all bona fide Municipal/Barangay SK councils in


Quezon Province.
2. Participating councils must have at least one (1) project/program which
has been successfully implemented within the term in relation to their
selected category.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

1. All interested and eligible Quezon Province SK councils/federations are


required to submit an application form and supporting documents based
on the format provided.
2. All supporting documents must be in letter-sized paper, font 12, Times
New Roman font, single-spaced with one-inch margin in all sides, in PDF
format.
3. Entries must fall in either of the following categories:
a. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Health
b. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Education
c. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Environment
d. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Economic Empowerment
e. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Social Inclusion and
Equity
f. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Peace-building and
Security
g. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Governance

h. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Global Mobility


i. Quezon Most Outstanding SK Project in Active Citizenship

4. There is no uniform format for the contents except that it should have an
overall summary – a maximum of one-page summary of the project
including the problem being addressed, the key interventions and
outcomes.
5. Other contents of the entry must include all of the following components:
a. Community Profile
b. Problems identified
c. Key intervention
d. Outcomes
6. Use of photos is highly encouraged. Documentation is an advantage.
7. All entries must be submitted to skquezonprov@[Link], subject:
Category – Name of Council, deadline of submission is on November 18,
2019, 5:00 PM.
8. A council/federation is allowed to submit more than one (1) entry
provided that each complies with all of the above-mentioned conditions.
