Projected Sales
(to be accomplished once the Financial Plan is already prepared)
SWOT Analysis

STRENGTH

 We are able to keep consumers satisfied with the service we offer, which leads to praise and
good word of mouth. We sell a high-quality, low-cost meal. This encourages us to attract
new customers while still keeping existing ones.

 Staff with Prior Experience, Sweet PJ makes sure that all employee are Experienced workers
imply proficient drivers and adaptable cooks. Because it's a moving food business, the cook
must be flexible so as to provide food in an exceedingly tiny and mobile kitchen without
compromising the standard and flavor of the meal. The driver must be accustomed to the
route and bear in mind of various public business site spots where additional sales are
often made.

Economical Prices, the meal menu costs at luxury hotels and restaurants are quite costly
compared, food trucks provide meals at a really low cost to ordinary people
earning pay. after you provide a high-quality service at an inexpensive cost, you will quickly
get an out sized market share.

 Meals that's truly innovative, sweet PJ’s food truck doesn't have much room. As a result,

they prepare and cook meals at the identical moment, with little place for storage. People
get the choice to sample freshly prepared meals. People won't be able to sit up for hours for
food to be prepared, therefore you need to come up with creative ways to cook and display
meals during a short amount of your time.

Location Adaptability, as we all know, it is a food truck, a moving vehicle with the power to
park wherever if permitted.
Food trucks have the mobility to maneuver around and do business in congested areas. Take
the business to where the clients are. Quick Service
Sometimes, especially at upscale hotels, you want to make a reservation day before. Food
trucks, on the opposite hand, provide you the liberty to run around, buy food, and luxuriate
in it anywhere you prefer.

Reduces the value of renting, starting a hotel or restaurant is sort of expensive, and rents are
very high in congested areas. A food truck saves you the headache of paying costly rent.
All you wish is permission, which you'll be able to obtain then begin your journey from
anywhere.

WEAKNESS

 A Food Truck with a Limited Budget, starting a food truck company is less expensive
than starting a hotel or restaurant. However, this does not imply that it would be
bankrupt. Of course, you'll need a decent amount of money to purchase a vehicle as well
as other legal expenditures to meet basic permission requirements.

 Food Ingredients that are Expensive, the fundamental food components are growing more
expensive, and food trucks must offer the meal at a reduced price to separate themselves
from competition and attract the price-conscious consumer.

 Limited Knowledge, since you're new to the food truck industry, you'll have less
experience dealing with day-to-day challenges. Because it's a traveling food company,
you'd meet all types of individuals, from affluent to poor, modest to impolite. How to
deal with them while still making a profit is a skill that will take time to master.

 Inadequate Information, In the rolling food truck, there is information about the market,
cooking style and procedure, and information about the route and schedule at various
locations. No one will provide you such knowledge; you must learn these things for
yourself by being engaged in the market. Your opponents have an information advantage
over you.

OPPURTUNITIES

 Innovative Enterprise, Sweet PJ’s food truck industry is an example of a newly

developing company. Although the market is competitive, it has not grown overloaded.
There is enough market share for newcomers to enjoy.

 Different Product and Tasting, In the end, it all boils down to the quality and flavor of the
cuisine. If you have the skill and talent to try out new ideas by incorporating new flavors
and tastes into your meals. If clients enjoy it, you will gain market share as long as you
continue to provide great service.

 Website and mobile app, given that we live in a technological age, having a website for
your business and providing a mobile application to your clients would be advantageous.
If your food tastes nice, people will post positive evaluations, and you will gain more
new customers.

 a broad market, the food industry is vast, and we all need to eat in order to survive.
Except for the rich, individuals in the capitalist and technological period are busy with
their employment and don't have much time to frequent luxury restaurants.

Nevertheless, the bulk of regular employees are the target market for food trucks. They
will buy meals from you on a daily basis if you provide them with high-quality service at
a reasonable price.
 The Corona-virus (COVID-19) shutdown creates a fresh opportunity for food trucks.
People are stranded at home, and all motels and restaurants are closed. Meals trucks
function similarly to delivery services in that they may deliver food to people's doors.

THREATS

 Some of the threats and challenges that are likely going to face when starting our Sweet
PJ’s coffee shop business are bad weather, natural disasters, unfavorable government
policies and the arrival of a competitor within the same location.

 Legal Obligation, moving about the city in a food truck and serving meals to everyone
without a permission may result in a significant lawsuit from the authorities. As a result,
having a license is required before traveling around.

 Basic to imitate, because there are no copyrights at stake. A rival may enter the market,
steal your recipe, and sell the identical product and flavor under a new brand name. This
competition will take your market share, and you will be unable to stop it

 People Who Care About Hygiene, Other customers are highly particular about hygiene,
so you must exercise extreme caution when it comes to the cleanliness of your food and
your vehicle. Whenever they notice something unsanitary, they will ruin the minds of
others and you will lose your company as a result. The cleaner your food, clothing, and
vehicle are, the more consumers you will attract.
