Peace
and harmony are more than the absence of struggle. Learning to sleep in
peace and harmony starts with internal unity and sustaining attitudes that
encourage the expansion and consolidation of serene principles and values.
Training and awareness-raising play significant roles in this process.

Therefore, there are multiple ways in which we might contribute to the


attainment of peace. Peace is not only found within ourselves, but also among
those around us, particularly in our surroundings. We can achieve peace if we
are willing to take risks and take action to do so. We must also put up effort
and give it our all, as well as exhibit perseverance. As responsible human
beings, we must constantly do our part to protect our wonderful planet.
