Project Scope
We are as operations team at Zara, aim to create a solution that is focused on bottleneck modules.
These modules would be easily incorporated into the customer's current high-volume production
process. Moreover, we plan to move the pack zone to make room for additional equipment
integration. Advanced process controls and small tooling will be included on this new equipment.
Additionally, we plan to built a sophisticated conveyance system and controls for the extra
equipment. We then will integrate the newly installed equipment at various locations along the line
wherever possible to avoid affecting production. The new equipment and technology that we try to
install will replace three old machines with a single unit, resulting in a reduction in the line's total
physical footprint. These are anticipated accomplishments while adhering to manufacturing and
individual processing criteria for output and quality. Additionally, we will execute all quality control
and system verification procedures, successfully completing FATs and SATs. Advanced process
automation is a critical component of our approach. This will be done on the new tools to provide
optimum automation while also providing the client with better data access.

Unavailability of the required technology at the required time is one of the risks of the project that
needs to be eased. The capacity expanding technologies, which would increase an efficiency of the
manufacturing machine three times, may be not easy to acquire in a short period of time. For that,
