INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background

In facing business challenges including facing customers, then as a student


we must also learn in marketing a product. In an assignment to meet the Critical
Listening subjects, we try to do a simple effort to get learning into an
entrepreneur. The business we run is a brief venture that may be an opportunity
for us for the future. Currently our business is trying to offer food snack products
(Squishy Rainbow).

The purpose of this business is not only to seek profit, but also to seek
emphasis on the experience of an entrepreneurial process because through
marketing and sales we are required to interact with people, how to offer well and
courteously, convince buyers to buy snack foods we offer and provide the best
explanations and services to satisfy customers.
