Schedule for Reporting for Admissions into M.Phil (Full-Time / Part-Time) /
Ph.D. (Full-Time/Part-Time) Programmes

The candidates, who got provisional allotment into various research programmes through
APRCET-2019 in Andhra University should produce all the relevant Original Certificates and
Documents as listed below at the time of reporting at the office of the Directorate of Admissions,
Andhra University, Vijayanagar Palace, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam as per given schedule.

1. 2 copies of Provisional Allotment.

2. Provisional/Degree Certificate and Marks Statements / Consolidated Marks statements of qualifying
examination, issued by University.
3. Candidate with qualifying degree from other than Andhra University shall have to produce
equivalence certificate wherever applicable from Andhra University.
4. Transfer certificate from the institution where last studied.
5. Migration certificate in case of candidates from other Universities.
6. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS
candidates.(E-Seva certificate)
7. Original certificate of physical disability in case of PH candidates.
8. Date of birth certificate (S.S.C. / Matriculation / Equivalent Certificate).
9. Study Certificates issued by the Heads of the respective institutes at least 7 years ending with
qualifying examination.
10. Residence certificate for 10 years in case of private study prior to Qualifying Examination.
11. Service certificates (for Part-Time) from organization (s) where he/she worked/working.
12. No objection certificate (for Part-Time) from present organization.

13. Physical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer, Andhra University or from a Govt. Assistant
Civil Surgeon.
14. One set of attested copies of all the above certificates/documents.
