2. What are the Ethical principles of Broadcasting? Define each principle and
below define it in your own personal point of view.
2.Truth and Accuracy Broadcasting seeks to establish the truth of what has happened
and are committed to achieving due accuracy. Accuracy is not simply a matter of getting
facts right; when necessary, it is the weigh of relevant facts and information to get at the
truth.
3. Impartiality Broadcasting is impartiality to all subject matter and will reflect a breadth
and diversity of opinion of people output as a whole, over an appropriate period, so that
no significant strand of thought is knowingly un-reflected or under-represented.
4. Editorial Integrity and Independence The broadcasting is independent of outside
interests and arrangements
5. Serving the Public Interest Its main aim is to serving the public interest. It seek to
report stories of the audiences interest
6. Fairness Output will be based on fairness, openness, honesty and straight dealing.
7. Transparency It will be transparent about the nature and provenance of the content
offer . Where appropriate, identity of the person who has created it will given and use
labeling to help online users make informed decisions about the suitability of content for
themselves and their children.
1. Trust - In broadcasting field we should have trust in our self, to others and most
importantly to our filed or works which is broadcasting. This is important as a
broadcaster because it helps us to boost our self confident.
2. Truth and Accuracy - This is also important in the fields of broadcasting
because we should broadcast a truth and accurate information.
3. Impartiality - We should take this because we also need to listen to the opinion
of others and to divers an factual news.

and arrange properly.
5. Serving The Public – Broadcasting for me is the light of our society so definitely
as a broadcaster we should serve a fact news to the public.
6. Fairness Output – Indeed, a broadcaster should have the so called FAIRNESS,
OPENNESS, HONESTY AND STRAIGHT DEALING to the public.
7. Transparency – News can be transparent. We have different news that some
may not be applicable.
