What are the hurdles of accessing art in terms of its subject and content?

The hurdles of accessing art in terms of its subject and content is subjectivity, it demonstrated by the
way selective perception highlights one or two elements above others, causing the viewer to focus on
some details as important or standouts. Disposition or mood of the viewer, understanding a view or art
may gradually change in accordance to what the viewer feels, he might see rain as a good weather to
relax when in a good mood, or consider rain as tears of the sky when he's in agony. His education, the
way we understand art may be limited to our knowledge or understanding about certain topics or
subjects that also limits us from understanding the message of the art. His background, people's point of
view varies on the background of the person, when a person came from a bad habitat and being
aggressive, he might consider the message of the art as also aggressive, but when the person's
environment is positive and energetic, he'll think of the art as motivational and considering to reflect
from it. And also his exposure to varying contexts, when a person isn't usually exposed to numerous
contexts or atmosphere, he'll most likely to become ignorant to a lot of new things and causes
misunderstanding to the message the art conveys. The visual details presented, the ideas and feelings
that they cull, and other springs of information presented in the art are also hurdles to access the
information of the art itself, abstract art is one of the few examples that is hard to understand mostly as
it only seems a combination of shapes, colors, and designs but doesn't really conveys any message, in
which in fact it does.

Where do artist source their subjects?

Artist doesn't just create art out of nothing, they mostly use basis or sources of the subject they are
going to create an art of, here are some; nature, a lot of artists uses nature as the epicenter of their art,
a beautiful scenery can be created and painted with the right point of view. An artist's environment will
always be one of the main basis of art, nevertheless the commonly basis for creation, multiple artworks
can still be generated. Narrations in literature, just like art, literature also conveys message, describes an
object, scenery, or even a person that creates image inside the readers' minds in which can be exported
to painting. The way the artist pictures and narrates the text defines how he would create the art,
making it a basis of the thing, person, or animal it would paint or sculpt. Belief system, ideas and
philosophies, what the artist believes is what the artist creates. The way artists creates their art may
vary on their position on a certain topic, they deliver their philosophy through their art for others to
understand their point of view. Different perspectives are to be painted in one single art to deliver
different beliefs. Historical events, artist may also base their art in historical events in accordance to
what they read, heard, or experienced themselves. A lot of artists are not good at words to deliver their
sentiment or traumas, in which they create art reflecting what they encountered personally or other's.
This way, people would understand the message without words but through the art they have
produced.
