2. Describe your habit when you are lying down, sitting, and standing. Do you sleep on your
back (terlentang), on your side (miring), or on your stomach (telungkup)? Do you sit straight
or slump/slouch? Do you stand straight or slump/slouch?
- When I lie down, I often lie down with the front of my body facing up or vice versa
depending on my activities and circumstances at that time. When I sit down, I am often
cross-legged because I often do this position during worship and it has become a habit of
sitting in school since elementary school. However, I also like to sit with my legs stretched
out to relax my legs after exercising or doing strenuous activities. I sit a little hunched over
most of the time, but I try to be as slump as possible. When standing, I try my best to stay
upright so that my posture can be maintained properly. For sleeping position, I often sleep
in a position on my back (supine) and on my side (tilted) to the right. I often sleep on my
back when I want to feel relaxed and my body is in a state of aches so that the blood flow
is fairly distributed throughout the body which can help the body's refresh process evenly.
For the sleeping position on the right side, I do it so that the heart does not experience
heavy pressure while sleeping because the heart will be at the top of the body if we sleep
on the right side. This will cause blood circulation more smoothly and ease the work of the
heart during sleep.

- Can you rest your arm comfortably on the table when you are sitting?
I can rest and positioning my arm in comfort way since from the elementary school, I try

push me to have good position sitting is read book, type any digital task, and playing PC
games.

4. Do you have any musculoskeletal discomforts (e.g. back pain, neck pain, wrist pain)? How
long have you experience the discomfort?
- I have experienced some musculoskeletal discomfort. Usually, I experience this disorder
for no more than a day at most because I will stretch and try not to move much when I
experience those discomforts.
5. Do you have any medical history that make you feel the musculoskeletal pains (e.g. illness,
accident, serious injury)?
- I've had injuries from doing sports like football, athletics, cricket, etc.
6. Do you really sit on the chair and put your laptop on the table during the online classes or you
sit on your bed and put your laptop on your lap? Attach pictures of your sitting posture if you
sit on your bed (when you stare at your laptop and when you type on the keyboard of your
laptop)!
- Mostly, I sit with my chair and laptop at the desk during online classes because it's my
favorite position that can keep me focused in class. However, occasionally I take online
classes by sitting on the floor to relax and relax when my body feels sore. My position
studying on the floor is illustrated with the picture below

7. Provide a brief analysis regarding your body measurement, habit, and the equipment (chair,
table, laptop) you use daily!
- Based on my daily life, My habit position is based on my most comfortable and best healthy
posture for the human body. Although I tend to slouch in sitting and standing, I always try
and remember to be in a slump position so that my posture is maintained and strengthened.
From the body measurements that I did, I think I have a pretty good body position with my
laptop and other tools because since I was little my parents have been reminded to keep
my eyes at a distance from items that have high radiation such as cellphones and PCs so
that my eyes don't fall out. . In addition, I feel good benefits in adjusting body position with
other tools. These benefits include increasing the efficiency and productivity of activities,
the body does not get tired quickly, and reduces the risk of bone disorders. I also adjust not
to be static in the same position for a long time because it can trigger serious disturbances
in the body and make the body stiff. For the sitting position, I like to be in a cross-legged
position because this position makes me relax and get used to doing worship, so I can calm
my mind more when sitting cross-legged.
