16-20 Basic structures sound but maybe inaccuracies with more complex
structures, adequate vocabulary resource.
11-15 Basic structures often inaccurate and vocabulary not adequate to deal with
everyday topics.
0-10 Consistent distortion of basic structures and lack of vocabulary makes
simple communication very difficult.

21-25 Natural speed and some hesitation with more complex structures or while
organizing ideas.
16-20 Not a constant flow of language with noticeable hesitation when searching
for language.

0-10 Very disconnected speech and difficult to follow.
