I am sure everyone heard about Expo 2020,

everyone is talking about it all over the
world, it has been happening every 5 years
for the past 180 years since it first started.
moreover, this year the Expo will be held in
the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.
Whenever I scroll through the video feed of
Tiktok, Instagram, or any social media app I
always seem to find many videos talking
and sharing their experience with Expo
2020, the Expo theme has become a
modern topic around the world and people
come from all around the world to visit it,
also More than 25 million visitors visit the
exhibition, 70% of whom are from outside
the UAE, 191 countries are participating,
200 pavilions, It’s bigger than Disneyland
Resort in California and New York’s Central
Park. It is bigger than Beijing’s Forbidden
City, including Tiananmen Square. Even
Australia's Ayres Rock is smaller, what’s
even more astonishing is that the Expo
grounds cover over 4.38 square kilometers
– that's more than 610 football fields.
So, I still ask myself what exactly is an Expo?
Simply put its an exhibition of the entire
world, in which 191 countries will
participate hosting pavilions showcasing
their cultural cuisine, art technology
innovations and the best discoveries from
around the world, Expo 2020 is currently
being hosted by Dubai in the United Arab
Emirates for the first of October 2021 to the
31st of March 2022. Originally scheduled
for the 20th of October 2020 to 10 April
2021, it was postponed due to the COVID-
19 pandemic. Despite being postponed,
organizers kept the name Expo 2020 for
marketing and branding purposes. Expo
2020 has been held every 5 years since
1851 and it lasts for 6 months, the last Expo
was held in Milan in 2015 with the theme of
“feeding the planet” and “energy for life”
for 170 years, and the main show in EXPO
MILANO 2015 was the TREE OF LIFE
(ALBERO DELLA VITA).

the World Expo has provided a platform to
showcase the greatest innovations that
shaped the world today and what’s going to
happen at this expo is that all 191 countries
participating are going to have their own
pavilions at Expo 2020 and the visitors will
be able to experience the best from each
pavilion and these are the best 3 pavilions
in my opinion, the UAE too will have its own
pavilion which resembles a falcon in flight
and was designed by Santiago Calatrava

in the middle east, Africa, and South Asia
which is the MEASA region and the first to
be hosted by an Arab nation this is a very
big deal, that showcases how the Arabic
nations are finally begin seen for their
smarts and technology. moreover, are
