PRODUCTION PROCESS

INGREDIENTS

 1 cup drained crushed pineapple


 1/4 cup sugar
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 2 eggs
 1/4 cup butter melted
 2 cups flour (250g)
 1 teaspoon oil
 2 tablespoon margarine

In order to reach the intended result, Pineapple Pancake is made gradually and carefully from one
stage to the next.

Procedure in Preparing the Materials and Ingredients:

1. Clean and prepare the production area and the equipment. Sterilize all the necessary utensils.

2. Prepare all the ingredients.

Cooking Steps
1. Drain crushed Pineapple

2. In a large mixing bowl, make the pancake


batter by stirring together drained crushed
Pineapple, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, and
melted butter. Slowly add in flour until you have
a nice batter.
3.. Heat a heavy flat nonstick griddle or skillet
Over medium-high heat.

4. Warm some oil in a griddle or skillet pan on


medium heat.

5.. Pour pancake batter in 1/4 cup scoops onto


the griddle or skillet.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start to


appear gently, or until light golden brown.
Gently flip and cook for 2 more minutes.

7. Once the pancake is golden brown on both


sides, put it on a clean food storage container.
