Question No. 1:
How trait theories are different from behavior theories?
Trait theory states that Leaders are born not made. They are born with some specific traits.
They have traits that already present which are genic structure and chromosomes in the
Leader. On the other hand, if I talk about Behavioral theories it states that a leader can be made
by training and sharpening the skills. It also states that a specific behavior differentiates leaders
from a person. Leadership is a skillset and can be taught to anyone, so we must identify the
proper behavior to treat potential leaders.

Question No. 2:
Is there any similarity between Ohio and Michigan leadership schools?
Both the study has same result but in Michigan it just changes the terminologies like initiative
and consideration were changed into employee-oriented leader and production-oriented
leader. They observed the same kind of happening and their consolation was same. In OHIO
school they said it’s about initiating structure and consideration. Thus, there are 2 behavior
styles of leadership. Michigan school named it as employee oriented or the production-oriented
manager or the leader. Their operation was same but Both schools named it differently.

Question No. 3:
What is the axiom of contingency theories of leadership?
The contingency theory of leadership states that leader’s effectiveness is contingent meaning
subject to chance whether the style of leadership suit or not to a particular situation. The idea is
about Z factor basically, we have to explode these Z factor, like in what environment and what
are the factors which are if constant then this equation is going to be the best, so that z factor
actually was the inclination of contingency theory. I means like ,if I am saying by emphasizing
on the task I can get a good level of the performance provided these factors so provided means
there is a situation, there is a context when this relation is going to be true so that context of
situation is the Z factor, so doing that provided that means they are contingency or the
environmental factors, so equation are going to be true in specific situation they are not going
to be true in all on other cases that is the point in contingency approach.
