DNA Extraction

Pineapple Juice Blender Alcohol

Cucumber Salt Liquid Detergent

B. Pictures while doing the experiment (main procedures only)

Blending the cucumber with the water and salt for 15 seconds.

Gently pouring alcohol into the DNA mixture.

D. Conclusion:
The DNA had been extracted in the experiment. The materials and methods we used had proven to be
effective based on the results. But the collection of DNA in the stick only failed because we used a wide distance
glass instead of using test tubes for a smaller distance and tight compact.
