A. Direction: Answer the following questions on your answer sheet (Double Folio)!
1. Look at the picture below, please make at least 10 questions how to gather that data!
2. Suppose that there is a pregnant mother comes to your clinic to check her
pregnancy. What physical examination that you will check and what are the function
to check them?
3. One of the roles of midwifery is an educator, what will you explain to the pregnancy
woman in order to keep her pregnancy well? Try to take one topic and explain it in
detail one to the pregnant woman!

4. When gathering the subjective data. it includes several items. They are:
- The complaint felt by the mother
- Signs of childbirth that the mother’s feels
- History of current pregnancy
 The first day of the last menstruation
 Interpretation of childbirth
 Menstrual cycle
 ANC
 Frequency of ANC
Please make the questions based on the items above in order to fulfill the
subjective data of the patient!

5. One of the counselling that should be explain for the pregnant woman is about her
everyday pattern such as nutrition pattern. Nutrition pattern for example eating,
drinking, activity, personal hygiene and others. By analyzing that everyday pattern,
try to explain each of the pattern that should do or do not do by the pregnant woman
in order to keep her pregnancy and herself healthy.
