RFQ Terms and Conditions

1 Supplier's response to this RFQ must be sent to Insight Solutions via E-mail to the attention of the Requester, as specified above.
2 Supplier to attach any necessary back-up material to the RFQ response.
3 The quantity specified above is provided for quoting purposes. Insight Solutions reserves the right to order the quantity that it requires.
4 Prices are in United States dollars quoted EXW (Incoterms 2012)
5 Terms of payment shall be Net 45 days from the receipt of Supplier's invoice by Insight Solutions.
6 Supplier's proposal shall be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of Supplier's submission.
7 Price may or may not be the determining factor in Supplier selection process.
8 The award may be made to the Supplier(s) whose proposal(s) is (are) determined to be of highest value in terms of quality and price.
9 Insight Solutions reserves the right to request the Supplier(s) to demonstrate that adquate skills, equipment and resources are available
