position of Certified Nursing Assistant at Harding Place. Based on my experience of being a
classmate of Jack, I have no doubts or hesitancies as to the success he would have in this role.

Jack has been a dietary aide at Mille Lacs Health System for six months. This position allows the
employee to focus on care for residents in a long term care facility. Care includes serving meals
to residents in long term and memory care, communicating with residents, and working with
nursing staff.

Aside from the dietary work ethic, Jack’s ability to not only work, but to care for others has made
him a stand-out member of the community. Whether it be helping the elderly, or helping students
with assignments, Jack is always willing to help.

Jack has my highest recommendation for this position. I have no doubt he will make a strong
