Greetings!

I, Kharveena Iglesia Gabiana, 41 years of age, married but separated with my

husband. At present, I am supported with my siblings to sustain the needs of my three
children. Thus, I am seriously needed a job if you will consider me. I come from Purok
Orchids, Lamac, Pinamungajan, Cebu. My city address is at 107-82 Sitio Sambag,
Bulacao, Cebu City.

I am a graduate in Cebu Normal University, with the degree of Bachelor in Secondary

Education major in Social Science. I have earned units in graduate studies at
Southwestern University (now PHINMA) and at University of the Visayas.

In this connection, I am humbly honored to apply as a PDO 2 staff of Sustainable

Livelihood Program and be part of your team in the Department of Social Welfare and
Development (DSWD). It is such a privilege to be an instrument to serve the people in
