Dear Madam/s,

I, the undersigned, would like to express my gratitude as part of the Perpetualite Family. I am
confident that my abilities to give instruction and supervision, combined with my excellent
communication skills and professional ethic would greatly benefit for all Perpetualite.

After rendering my service for this year 2022 – 2023 here at University of Perpetual I was
involved with different activities, trainings or seminar and to much more challenging works but I know
this kind of tradition can help me to be better Perpetualite. I was still blessed and thankful to God for the
opportunity to work this big University and having a very productive Learning Area Coordinator who is
very understanding, patient, kind and open to all suggestion.

Believing that education is the key to success of the students, I hope to be a part of your
University which has been always know as the producer of your students know for their excellence in
various fields. My goal to provide an interesting learning environment that encourages Perpetualite to
be best while honing my skills further as a teach.

Moreover, I am writing to you to express my intent on continuing my job as a teacher, holding

the position of MAPEH and Computer as faculty of the Grade School Department.
