Madam,

Greetings!

I would like to express my sincerest interest in seeking a teaching position at Davao Chong Hua High School.
I was informed by a colleague that you are in need of a Math and Mapeh Teacher. Given my tested teaching
skills and experience during my internship and field studies, I know that I am surely qualified for the position.
Although I don’t have enough teaching experience yet, as I am a fresh graduate, I am willing to be trained and
I am willing to undergo a series of workshops and lectures if you may ask me to do so when you hire me.

In addition to my professional qualifications, my good academic background and relevant teaching internship
experiences, having earned my Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education, Major in Electrical
Technology at North Eastern Mindanao State University-Bislig Campus with academic awards (Academic
Excellence Awardee, College Leadership Awardee, and Best Practice Teacher Award), conducted my pre-
service teaching at North Eastern Mindanao State University-Bislig Campus, having completed my teaching
internship at Tabon M. Estrella National High School-Waray Campus (Public School), and working as a staff
member for BTVTEd Accreditation at North Eastern Mindanao State University, have taken me into a genuine
realization of the teaching profession.

During my placement as a student teacher, I learned and applied a broad range of teaching strategies and
approaches. At an early stage of practicum, I was entrusted by my cooperating teacher to manage classroom
teaching-learning situations, lesson planning, and participates in a syllabus workshop, and this proved my sense
of responsibility and adaptability. I also acquired indispensable skills in managing classroom instruction
efficiently, understanding the diverse learning styles of students, evaluating students’ performances, adopting
a culture of organization and others. I have furthered my skills, to name a few, in managing diversified classes,
creative lesson planning, constructing syllabi, and developing positive relationships among members of the
institution.

My teaching internship trained me to be an efficient and effective teacher. I was able to gain more knowledge
and was able to broaden my skills in teaching. I believe that I am ready to take on the responsibilities of a
teacher because I have been extensively trained during college through the series of lectures, training, and
seminars I attended. If given the chance, I am confident enough that I can contribute to the best of my abilities
to your school.

I am hoping that you will give me an opportunity to have my first teaching experience in your reputed school.
