No matter where I am, or who I am teaching, my passion for the job continues to grow. My experiences and long-standing desire to teach have helped me to develop skills which are necessary in establishing and maintaining a successful classroom. My teaching career has been focused on instilling a love for learning in all of my students. I strongly feel that every student can learn and grow if given the proper education. As a teacher, it is my goal to provide each student with an education that can carry them on to great things. Determining a students abilities and interests is extremely important to me. I strive to grasp each childs attention and provide them with hands-on experiences in hopes of making a lasting impression.. I have become proficient at designing differentiated, creative, and stimulating lesson plans. My greatest strengths include classroom management and inspiring and motivating students. I have the ability to focus student attention and behaviors actions which will allow for the best learning environment. Teaching a curriculum along with important values, such as respect and responsibility, help me to provide each student with a well-rounded education. Positive and supporting relationships can be formed in order to make a classroom feel like a home.
