I, May Enopia Mateo writing this letter to apply for a scholarship program from Commission on
Higher Education through this school. The Unified student financial assistant system. I currently
enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English in this colleges.

I am willing to pursue my studies despite that I am already 40 years of age. I have an experience
as encoder and as secretary on my previous employment. That’s why I am offering my service to
assist in your office for free in exchange of your scholarship program. I am a hardworking mother
of two children, and my daughter is currently studying at Central Luzon State University that’s
why I need to support myself financially.
