Four Subjects to be taught

Once a Week for 2 hours (30 mins. each subject)
(Total 4 courses having 14 modules to be taught among 5 campuses. )

August Tasks: 14 modules 3 modules by (STC, NKC, EWC, KDC each). 2


modules by NRC. Pre coordinator, Junior Coordinator and Main school
coordinator to prepare and conduct one module each.
Submit your Module Titles on first come first acceptance basis as soon
as possible. All modules to be prepared by the end of August.
Hours to teach = 2 hours each module total duration = 4 classes.
Rules / Action Plan to be made for each module implementation

- Not being inquisitive about personal information (like salary, family etc.)
neither sharing yours.
- Respecting each other’s property, abilities, strengths & weaknesses.
- Being mannered with students, domestic, admin, parents, social media.
- Professional methods of communication in case of request, complain,
problem, information required etc.

Teaching Phonics (English& Urdu both). 4 Methods of Teaching Phonics, Urdu hijjay &
other method,Focus on Synthetic phonics (reading through syllable, blended reading,
blending/syllable activities, practice of blended reading, urdu hijjay, talafuz practice)

i. A format (to be prepared by STC) has to be filled in each monthly


meeting of DLP & Interactive notebook planning to be held as
whole staff.
ii. Coordination meeting formats already provided. Files must be
made and shown to the principal every month for signatures. At
least one coordination meeting individually with the teacher is
must by mentor/coordinator with format evidence.
All formats must be signed by your branch chief coordinator /
Senior mistress.
