Kindly note the tasks for tomorrow:

5th April 2021 tasks:

- Circular to be sent for PTM mention the days and date of PTM to be divided among
Friday 8, Saturday 9, Monday 11th.
- Homework slips/chits PG till III page numbers of workbook and other.
IV - VIII homework to be given in diaries. Assign some revision assignments such as
make MCQs or Fill in the blanks or word and their meaning from chapters of final term
and prepare them on loose sheet in assignment form. Some essay writing assignment
can also be given. Submission date April 13th.
- Mention Agenda of PTM:
o Result of 1st Assessment / Files of PG till III students to be shown and progress to be
discussed.
o Syllabus & Date sheet of 2nd Assessments of IV – VIII
o Syllabus and Timeline of Assessment of P.G till III.

On Day of PTM following to be issued:
Circular mentioning how studies will be continued during off days.
Final term working will be continued as well as Assessment will be held.

Pdf working and explanatory Powerpoint presentation of PG till VIII will be uploaded in drive
and google classroom link will be shared on whatsapp from Monday 12th for working till March
16th, 2021.

After that work will be stopped and Assessments will start from March 17th 2021. Papers to
have some creative questions so students can write down answers on their own rather than
copy pasting from copy and books. (Please do paper making accordingly)
13th April 2021
P.G till III parents to collect Assessment set 1 on 13th April from school with date of submission
of Thursday, 22nd April. (If school opens then student will bring otherwise parents but don’t
mention this that school may be closed)
IV – VIII homework assignment submission on this date as well.
17th April 2021

Assessment of IV till VIII starts on Paper 1 17th Saturday , Paper 2 will be 20th April, 2021. Paper
will be shared on whatsapp at 9 am in morning and pics to be sent by students by 11 a.m. on
whatsapp.
22nd April 2021
Submission date of Paper 1 and 2 of IV - VIII is 22nd April.
Paper set2 of PG till III will be issued and set 1 will be collected.

---- As per situation on 22nd April paper will and working will be continued. If school will be off
then parents will be asked to submit.
Working of PG till III will be issued and copies will be asked for correction.
Assessment of IV till VIII will be continued.
Class IX and X will follow regular plan.
Timings during Ramazan for students will 7:30 till 11:30 and
Staff timings will be shared after approval.
